NY-15 Banzai is currently owned and cared for by a cabinet-maker in Vineyard Haven / Martha's Vineyard, Massachusetts. She is carrying her original rig and cabin layout and is structurally and cosmetically sound. Although not as competitively raced as Amorita, NY-9 or Cara-Mia, NY-14 she is sure to show her heels to any modern craft of similar size. She apppears to be well kept and loved as these pictures were taken during the summer of 2001. Banzai regularly competes in, and has once won overall, the Opera House Cup in Nantucket and the George Moffett Regatta in Vineyard Haven. In 2001, she was the recipient of the special "Spirit of the Race" Award at the Opera House Cup Regatta.
